I've heard that "Mañana (Is Soon Enough For Me)" was the first HIT record (operative word: 'hit') that had a fade-out at the end instead of a cold ending?!? Can anybody ?!? And yes, I am aware of Papa Harvey Hull & Long Cleve Reed's "Quill Blues" from around 1927-ish, which also has a fade...
