Sounds clean and little to no issues! Bass sounds clean and I had no pops, skips or crackles! Absolute must if you enjoy Steve's or The Internet's catalogue -

i prefer the sound on the actual record as appose to its digital counterpart. if you find this and you're a fan of Lacy, i recommend picking this up. still prefer Apollo XXI -

This is a great deal. Sounds great with absolutely no pops, surface noise, or anything. Very well mastered with dynamcs in spades. Deep detailed bass without every becoming boomy as is too often the case with modern recordings. Vocals right out in front as they should be. Highly recommended

Edited 2 years agoLike the other reviewer, I must have had some bad luck. Wet cleaning the album helped, but overall it's a somewhat noisy LP. Side A is worse than B for me. Clearly a mixed bag with this pressing.

Not sure if I just had bad luck in my copy but pops galore all over this one. Even had 2 skips on side A. Pretty disappointed. -
Edited 2 years agoThis album sounds WAY better on wax than how its digital companion available on streaming services does. The vinyl pressing displays all the music's intricate details and as the previous commentator noted, its much punchier and robust sounding.
