this was the second who 45 released in the us on decca in 1970 probably due to how huge tommy had exploded by 1970, this was released in 1970, this was the second who 45 to have a decca pic sleeve in the us, the first was the happy jack 45 on decca in 1967, there where very few who picture sleeve us 45s in the 60s and 70s, the two others of note are young man blues from 1970 on decca w/ a PROMO pic sleeve and the other was squeeze box from 1975 with a PROMO only us pic sleeve those two are hard to get as they where only promos, this one and happy jack are still easy to find as they where not promos, DO NOT BE FOOLED!!!!!!!!!!!! there are sellers on e bay selling some of the 60s decca 45s w/ picture sleeves that look beautiful and they are ing them off as promos THEY ARE BOOTLEGS NOT PROMOS and only started to appear in the past two years, i know this as i have been collecting who since 1979.................i have all the us DECCA who 45s............
