Double Play Cassette
Dolby System
Due to the extraordinary length of this collection, it was necessary to omit from this cassette two songs which do appear on the LP (829 533-1) and CDs (829 534-2 and 839 535-02) -- "Get Thee Behind Me Satan" and "How's Chances". Increasing the length of this cassette to much over 90 minutes would necessitate using a thinner tape formulation which would compromise its quality and longevity.
1986 Reissue omits "Sings" from the title.
Printed Title Variations:
"The Irving Berlin Songbook" on insert and spine
"Irving Berlin Songbook" on cassette face
