Edited 7 years agoGreat mix cd from Cass. Despite covering a broad range of styles, It really does have a great flow to it.
One point of interest is that it includes a track that is being played at the wrong speed - Bad Company "Coma" is a drum and bass track, but here Cass plays it at 33 instead of 45 and it somehow transforms seamlessly into a moody breakbeat number and perfect set opener. Of course it could have been nothing more than a lucky mistake on his part and he could have been completely unaware that it was on the wrong speed, but whether it was intentional or not, my ears are glad it happened. -
Edited 18 years agoA timeless mix not in the sense that it won't get outdated but it literally makes you forget time, the set starts electronic changing styles through to house and then to atmospheric trance all the time still progressive, the notable changes/mix points are So Strong into Loose Caboose, Breathe into Forget Time and Lonely Planet into Travelog, great continuity and fine track selection.
