One of my favourite Prince songs. Great pressing. Only complaint is it doesn’t come with a sleeve. For what they’re charging for a 7”
Shameful -
This is the best 7” The Estate has put out. Love this demo of Do Me Baby. Great vinyl release. -
This sounds fantastic! While it does not contain the dramatic peaks, valleys, and emotional dynamics of the 1981 album version, this 1979 version is SOLID. It's impressive to see how this "demo" is really just as complete as anything else that came out on Prince's self-titled album later the same year. I'm surprised I found this in the Sale section of the Prince website. Also, this is better fidelity than some of the other 7" records the estate is releasing. Top notch.

My pressing was immaculate in quality from the first listen. Love the etching on the b-side. Definitely going to frame this one. -
