This edition has the first pressing labels, but 2nd edition cover. Both labels say 47 West 63rd. St without Inc, deep groove, RVG stamped, and Plastylite P. Laminated cover has Inc and 43 West 61st, whereas the 1st pressing says 47 West 63rd without Inc. The cover is the only discernible difference between pressings. Pressing date is estimated, cannot be confirmed as 1961.
