WOW im blown away by my copy here... from the reviews here and the fact theres 4 discs to press properly and no indication of where this is pressed i was quite apprehensive but those fears are allayed entirely. Each LP is flat, centre'd and free of non fill. They come in printed inners so must be cleaned before each use if kept as such. After Degritting mine they playback super quietly. The sound is so much better than the standard 2lp issue, more open and clear which the recordings benefit from because the production is pretty dark and murky, yet brilliant as ever from ON! The jacket is just a front flap opening leading to all 4 LPs contained in one big slot so easy to access, no awkward quad fold waiting for an accident to happen!

I am pleasantly surprised and truly delighted 😊

Edit: a friend got one and his is nr perfect too bar a tiny spot of nonfill which wasnt audible... is equally delighted!

I had background noise or sibilants issues on two copies and a warped disc 2 if you need it get it but otherwise I would save my money I had to return 3 copies to get a usable one then just gave up and accepted it

Noisey copies and sibilance aside (those are defects that can happen to anyone and usually cartridge issues)....

Has anyone compared this to the original as far as sound quality (soundstage, warmth, tonality, eq etc.)?

I’m hearing noise at the start of growing old too it’s sounds like dust or scuffs on it but I’m not sure is anyone else having this problem

My records were a bit scuffed, but you wouldn’t be able to tell listening to them! Great pressing.…perfectly flat, plays quiet, and I’m hearing textures in the low frequencies I never heard on the CD.
