Again - to mzgz . . . I'm not sure what the Discogs "Credits" are supposed to list for a particular release. They seem to deliberately omit the band , perhaps because they are listed on the group main page? (For instance the Discogs "Credits" for this album only mention P-Orridge for the cover artwork not as a band member.)
I'm a bit astounded to see Warn Defever (of HNIA) mentioned on this pages credits. It's understandable given his approach to sound, and I guess it's a small world. -
To reply to mzgz – YES, Cosey helped work on this album.
P-Orridge founded COUM late 1968. In late ’69, Christine Newby moved into the Funhouse with P-Orridge, became known as Cosey Fanni Tutti and ed in with the COUM projects.
The Sound of Porridge Bubbling was created in 1971 by P-Orridge, Cosey and others. Then in 2009 Dais released the 500 limited vinyl edition; and in 2012, Dais released the electronic files. -
Knowing Gen's penchant for altering the past (cutting Paula out, etc), I was wondering if Cosey was on or involved in this recording at all? No credits here list her, but again, Gen changes things to suit his needs. Anyone know? Thanks
