When compared to their earlier albums, it's fair to say that 'A Milestone' is a little lighter and more polished than what they've done before. It takes a bit of the grit and depth from their usual style, which is unfortunate. But considering this was an album from 1980, and J&C were firmly big stars by then, it makes sense they would record an album with a larger, more accessible sound, that embraced the present. As such, it's not my favourite. That being said, "Pareshan Raat Sari Hai Sitaro Tum To So Jao" is an "unforgettable" track, so much so that they each recorded it for this release.
