White label with Off The Disk Stamp

The original press has black/orange sleeve and the inner sleeve is orange coloured, while the later press' inner sleeve is white.
Inside the original press there is a sheet of paper, yellow coloured, "info-sheet NO.3, fall 1991"

The sleeve states that "Lord Of This World" was "recorded live 1979 at Radio City Music Hall New York City", which is one of the times Black Sabbath recorded the song.

Recorded at Razor's Edge San Francisco, CA in September 1991.

The tracks on Side B are different recordings of songs that also appear on Sleep's Holy Mountain.
