Best post Doors (with Jim of course) album ever released by the remaining . What makes this great is there is NO Ray singing which IMHO was torture cinema for the ear (just listen to the Golden Scarab!). As this is based on Carl Orff's compositions the music is in the jovial classically tinged end of the music spectrum. Lots of guests musicians like of Phillip Glass ensembles Michael Riesman offer alot to the records performances. Based on folk songs and lost Latin texts the vocals are all in Latin. Too bad this was never remastered even in Japan as it is a really great listen.
