Capturing MC5 just before they split, after Davis had left (Steve Moorhouse on bass here), in a castle in Europe, live in the studio, the band blasting through old and new. While MC5 should be served raw, there is a difference between raw performance and a muddy production--or whatever you studio nurds call that. Still, this kicks out the jams and certainly has some moments that hardcore MC5 fans might want to check out. The sound quality might grow on you...or it might drive you up the wall.

A great performance. The panning is annoying. A reissue with corrections is in need.
