I should probably comment on this one, as it's my favourite Enforcers release (although Vol. 5 is pretty killer too), and it's also possibly my favourite Reinforced release.
I found this in a second hand shop in 1996 for $12. I recognized 3 out of the 4 tracks from mixtapes and and local college radio shows.
Instant cop, and already knew then that this was one of my best/favourite pieces of wax.
4 slices of dark hardcore/jungle from right in that no-man's land period where the genre was making leaps and bounds on a weekly basis.

The "R" still to this day remains one of my favourite Reinforced tracks along with the rest of the EP.

The best reinforced release. Simple as that.
4 killer darkside hardcore tracks, with plenty of hoovers, chopped breaks and samples. The art of hardcore is here. You wont find a better Enforcers EP or reinforced 4-tracker.

No weak track in sight and my favorite Enforcers release. As the comments show below everyone has their favorites, mine are The R and Turn Away Skull, but only just! Absolute gem!

Turn away Skull is a wicked track that I hadn't heard till I listened to the YouTube video for this EP. This is by far and away the best enforcers release as all 4 tracks are playable with production standards well ahead of the time. Shame the price is so high. Don't like to pay more than 40-45 pounds for a record and most people are over pricing as with so many oldskool releases from 1991-1993.

angry people and turn away skull are in 2017 still an absolute joy to listen to. So much feeling contained therein, pure vibes!

Massive mention to the "R" by randall , played up n down the country for the first six months of 1993, one of the pioneer jungle choons.

Internal Affairs, What a large banging tune, first time I heard this it was in a mix on new dawn meeting of the minds, and dj pilgrim was working his magic, I've still got that mix on tap, it was massive. every tune in it was the business, and he was doing some mint scratching as well. unforgettable mix.
