When Hip-Hop and Electronic music collide it doesn't get better than "I against I", deep pumping beats with clear all around production turns this track into a bomb. I've turned few people into Electronic music by playing this one track, and these are people who normally listen to Jay Z and Kanye West! -
Edited 19 years agoSPECIAL CASES is more deep darkness from Massive Attack, with Sinead O'Connor at the vocal helm. Akufen treats the track with kid gloves at the start, keeping the lyrics intact, but halfway through, he takes his well-practiced glitch-house approach to it, doing from darkness to deepness and stuttering vocal samples. "I Against I" brings Mos Def to the fore, while the synths buzz in the background. Definitely a single for your darker moods.
