Does anyone know who Wolf Donnan was/is? I have a book with his name written in pen on the title page as if perhaps an ownership mark.

There is actually no evidence that some copies were packaged with an insert. It could have been a L.A.Y.L.A.H. catalogue sheet, but definitely nothing related to the record itself, such as lyrics. -
