Update…PRINCE CONNECTION to further entice your listening curiosity. This was the only LIPPS, INC. album not to have Cynthia Johnson on vocals. She was replaced by two vocalists on this album Melanie Rosales and a certain Margaret/“ Margie” Cox. Well according to wikipedia …”Cox was a long-time associate of the singer Prince and his band The New Power Generation. In the early 1990s, she recorded more than 25 songs with Prince for a band to be called M.C. Flash, although the album was never released. She also covered Prince's "Standing at the Altar"[3] for his 1994 compilation album 1-800-NEW-FUNK, and the song was released as a single.….SO EVEN PRINCE MUST HAVE HEARD SOMETHING HE LIKED ON THIS ALBUM!!! -

While everyone is going down to funkytown (as they rightfully should) , I will be at home with my headphones on listening to this album for the 'lord knows how many-eth " time since i was 13 and I am 52 now ! Some albums are nothing more than great electro pop disco bubble gum and this is that recipe, PERFECTED. So next time you do decide to take yourself to funky town, scour the cut out bins at the record store and grab yourself a copy of this and let me know what YOU think. 4 to the floor everyone!
