Having listened to both the original and the remaster side by side, I can say that without a doubt that the remaster sounds better. The remaster overall sounds more warm and bright than the original, which sounds a bit dull in comparison. The silence between tracks has been edited out in the remaster making the songs feel a little bit more gapless. The one negative I have against the remaster is that is has been slightly brickwalled which I found noticeable in "Fade to Black" when listening. With the inclusion of the three bonus tracks, this is the best version of the album to get, bar none.

While it does lack the aggression of older Apop releases, and the luster of the new ones, Welcome To Earth is still a great album with a lot of potent and catchy music. A must-have for any fan of Apoptygma Berzerk, Metropolis Records, or the Synthpop genre.
Also, the title LNDP3 is short for "Love Never Dies [Part 3]" which is generally the name you'll find it floating around on most P2P servers as.
