This one sounds really lager than live. I think I have to get a vinyl copy. Any complains?

Great album. Top 3 PJ records. Vitalogy and Backspacer and Pearl Jam are also amazing. If you only know 10 and VS you're missing out

Insanely good pressing. Zero background noise, clarity like I have never heard before and rich, deep bass. One of the best pressings in my collection.

Sound is not bad. My guess would be that this was originally recorded in digital. Can someone this? The record sounds decent enough as is. My only complaint is the outer jacket. Even my largest covers would not fit over it.

Stunning pressing. Crank the volume and listen to the kick drum on the song Of the Girl at the beginning of side C if you need to be convinced, it doen't get any better than this. <3

I did an A/B test with the original pressing and find this one to sound better. The remastering work made the album a touch punchier and less murky. On the opening track Breakerfall there is much more life. And on spacious songs like NAIS and Light Years the remaster has much more depth and soundstage.

I respectfully disagree that the reissues are equal or sound the same as the originals. There is no way they both sound the same. I was really debating selling my original and just carefully A-B'd them and although the reissue sounds really good, they are distinctly different. This original seems to have more bite. The acoustic guitars sound real, the bass and drums are aggressive, Eddie's vocals are mixed in perfect. Everything is a little more in your face in a good way. The reissue sounds much smoother. It's more tame to me. It's still good, but when you listen to them both back to back, you can hear the differences between the 2. The difference reminds me exactly as Let Your Dim Light Shine. The original has the same in your face aggressive sound whereas the Real Gone Music is lacking. If you just listen to the reissues you'll love them. But if you carefully compare you really notice the difference.

I particularly consider this a very unstable copy, it varies from song to song! On some tracks there is bass leaking from somewhere (probably from the drums) that is left over on the speakers, making the experience very bad! The mix doesn't seem to follow a pattern!

Sounds great. Not sure what more you'd want. Dead silent, beautiful mix. The packaging, including a full color booklet is great. And what a damn album.

What a fantastic album. I wasn't a big fan of the album but loved a few hits off the album. Album wise it aged well and is now an all time PJ favorite, especially the concept art.
