Lana Del Rey – Ultraviolence

well, to say the least it definitely sounds like a regular picture disc (static-y and pop-py), but the packaging of this set is BEAUTIFUL. if you’re getting this for the sole reason of listening to it (daily), i’d say you should’ve pick the UK deluxe pressing. That exact pressing is near-perfect. However, if you’re a collector and just listening to this rarely, I’d say go for it. The art prints are beautiful, printed on a heavy card stock. The box-lining w/ hydrangeas and well.. a cd.

Just compared with https://www.discogs.sie.com/release/5790430-Lana-Del-Rey-Ultraviolence and while I prefer the former, this pressing is superb. Muddier, grittier, and raw wall of sound vs the former pressing to be clearer, more dramatic with lows and highs, and crisper overall. But upon relistening to this it sounds incredibly full and rich, much more fulfilling than the digital. ittedly I spin this one more than the other one even tho the other one I find superior. The other pressing is better overall in of sound and quality of card stock but I have no regrets picking this baby up. Can’t but highly recommend both

Listening to this beauty and feel compelled to write after comparing it to the Vertigo pressing. Have to agree with other reviewers, this copy is pristine and gorgeous. While the Vertigo pressing is just as loud, it lacks the clarity, silence, and beautifully rich and layered distinction between sounds that this pressing provides. I picked this baby and the Vertigo while on a tour in , and this clearly is the crown pressing out of the two. I will still keep the Vertigo release bc I love the muddy heavy mix. This is audiophile quality and blows the digital version out of the water. The paper feels like a textured textile vs a lot of a card stock on the Vertigo pressing. Recommended

Why is this 'limited edition'? What's the difference between this and a deluxe one?

This was my biggest ISO and so glad i bought a sealed one in 2024. Was so expensive but WORTH IT as this is (by far) my all-time fav album. Beautiful pressing.

such a pretty boxset, got mine sealed for $450 my LPs dont have too much static. The prints are a sturdy paper like material and very pretty. i would 100% recommend to anyone

I can't believe how good this pressing is. This is right up there with Beck's Sea Change. I am in awe. Chillingly beautiful.

As well as the essential vinyl edition, this CD is the version to have because of the bonus disc. Weird this was only available with the French edition.

Fantastic! Don't mess around with the US versions, pressed at United. This version is perfect. Great mastering and pressing.

so so so good. my copy has a few pops at the beginning of track 4 but i can't really say i have something to complain about
