The Beatles – With The Beatles

In reference to a variant that is listed, but incorrectly. 86B/C2-46436 & 01VN3<011>C246436 are variants, and then there's the "with Apple logo' and 'no Apple logo'. In reference to 86B/C2-46436 with Apple logo. Tweaked, re-equalized, duophonic disaster.

I have a CD version of With The Beatles, and the Matrix/Runout number doesn't match any of the existing CDs. It's "0HXN3<869>46436-18446A". On the front of the disc it has the Parlophone logo on the left and the Apple Records logo at the top. It also has the following printed on the front of the disc: "CDP 7 46436 2 (DIDX 1255) MANUFACTORED BY CAPITOL RECORDS, INC. MADE IN U.S.A." and "DIGITAL MASTERING/AAD". Anyone have any idea which version this CD is?

I got this pressing for a fair price in a VG shape and I really enjoy this record. It's most certainly not the best version but if it sounds good, it is good and so is this pressing

I am pretty sure there is only one 1966 mono Canada press. The catalogue number is hidden by the tip-on which is misaligned.

my copy is beat to shit (VG) and still sounds fab, excluding some crackles occasionally that get drowned out by how loud it's cut. pretty cheap to pick up too.

Absolutely silent vinyl. Not a great sounding recording but this pressing is fantastic.

Hard to beat this for the price. Excellent pressing! Quiet vinyl, great clarity and dynamics. The instruments are panned to the left and vocals to the right…it doesn’t bother me. If it isn’t your thing this might not be the press for you but other than that I think it’s great.

It’s ok for what it is which is a digital stereo edition of an album that begs to be heard in mono as was intended. It looks like all the monos now are prohibitively priced unless you can still get a 1988 Capitol Wally reissue reasonably.

I wonder if I got mispressing or just a regular variant of this release. My copy is quit identical. Everthings the same except the Matrix Numbers. There are the hand etched YEX 110-1 (A-Side) and YEX 111-1 (B-Side) matrixes. The strange thing is there are the catalog number stamped in the dead wax too. A-Side: 1C062-04181-A-1; B-Side: 1C062-04181-B-1. There are no release on discogs like this and this one is the most fitting. Can somebody help me?

Bought this in February 1984, pressing matrix numbers match. Just the cover has a black dot in front of the reference code.
Had not played this for years, but just gave an ultrasonic wash, plays great.
