Edited 3 years agoA case of nothing at the time sounding like this of blending western with Middle Eastern instruments (except perhaps the US Kaliedoscope, John Berberian, Orient Express, Gurus, there are a few more....) more than this somehow sounds like something from the early 80s...? -
Best thing Felix Pappalardi did. It sounds strangely modern. Noticeable is also the use of the term 'hard rock' which was seen for one of the absolute first time (1967!) in r'n'r history.. -
This is really unusual. If you didn't know when it was released you would swear it was from the New Wave Era of the very early 80's, with the exception of maybe two tracks which are a little bit more psyche tinged.
