Genesis – Invisible Touch

Sounds very good to me! Punchy and bright. Scored it for a small price.

This pressing is fantastic. It sounds deep, full and huge, lots of bass but also lots of clarity in the higher frequencies. It probably helps that it was masterfully produced by Hugh Padgham, and mastered using DMM mastering. I’ve had my copy since the late 80s, got it when I was only 8 or 9 years old, and I still play it all the time because it sounds so bloody good! Highly recommend!

Very good pressing, punchy and dynamic. Great separation, well mastered. What you always hope a first pressing to be.

Nothing new really. It’s the Nick Davies mix in new packaging!

Uhm ... Not my Genesis fav album (and not a fan of Padgham productions ...) ... As indicated in the back, this cd is an ADD (analogue master and digital editing/mixing and mastering); the results are not good IMHO: the sound is too bright, the bass are too thin and Phil voices seems veiled (to my ears). There are also some digital glares.

Great sounding edition! Rich and well-balanced with my vm95ml. Worth to get.

A classic so full of familiar songs one might mistake it for a greatest hits album.

Seeing Direct Metal Mastering (DMM) in the matrix, usually means a dynamic, lively and lovely listening session. Add Bob Ludwig (RL) at the helm and you are g up for an experience. A wizard, a true star and what better word for his skill than mastering.

This pressing has a built in ability to reach in and grab right hold of your heart.

I bought mine and it came without an insert, does anyone know why?

Found an absoulute mint copy of this pressing at a record store and am very pleased with how it sounds. Super happy

Great mastering but i need to gain up +2 on my phono preamp for Land Of Confusion ( A3 ) . The other tracks are balanced . Overall sound is good . I have not yet try other pressing but this is fine for me and the textured sleeve is a nice touch .
