Wu-Tang Clan – Enter The Wu-Tang (36 Chambers)

THE LP that every rap amateur should have in his collection - the master could be undoubtedly be of better quality but this sounds just as it was back to 93, raw as fuck^^ The use of 303 / 909 in the next opus made the sound more clear and digital. A pure jewel made in NY by the C.R.E.A.M. of Staten & Brooklyn 🤩

The other misprint that says ENTER THE WANG instead of ENTER THE WU-TANG. Simply magical

Quieter than most pressings but you only need to turn up your speakers. Sounds amazing and little to no surface noise. There is a minor skip on 7th chamber and the jacket is a bit flimsy but apart from that really solid.

Album is 5 stars of course. Anyways people claiming the original copy sounds better or is louder false. The copy is extremely quiet you have to turn the volume up 4x what youd normally have to thats how you know its THE OG copy, secondly 26k people do not have this. Many of you are incorrectly examining your record check the serial number and dont buy unless you receive picks of that serial number. I found my copy in a vinyl antique store the owner didnt know what he had as he doesnt have experience in Hiphop but I do and now im one of the few to open an actual OG 1993 pressing.

Not really a recommended record to get. Like others said the pressing is quiet.

The hype is warranted. I previously bought a different pressing without doing research and was very disappointed. Bought this version based on reviews and it is worlds better.

Haha, who in their right mind would pay these reseller prices when you can get an OG for cheaper. People are wild af.

Great pressing although I did have a few skips on my second listen, and 1 skip on my 3rd listen. Debating on cleaning it or to just gibe it another listen and hope it works itself out (I don't know if this is a thing, I'm new)

Yes, just like every other version of this album pressed on a single disc, it’s going to sound quiet and compressed. However, this has the DMM in the runouts, which are the same as the original pressing, and it BANGS once you turn it up. Sure, it’s not the most dynamic thing I’ve ever heard but please just crank it LOUD. This pressing keeps the grittiness of this masterpiece, if you want a cleaner, “deeper” sound go pick up the 2LP VMP version. As for me, this is about as good as I need the Wu to sound.
