Sounds great! Do the end of songs abruptly end before the next song starts for the rest of you as well? The whole songs are present but the audience cuts out.

My copy is also on translucent vinyl and sounds very good. This pressing is mastered loud and clear, but it is noticeably lacking in the low end compared to the Disque Americ pressed CD version that I just got. I've owned this Electrosound vinyl pressing for decades, and the CD adds a whole new layer to the recording. John Kahn's bass is much more clear and hard hitting on the CD (without being muddy), and that makes for an overall more balanced experience when coupled with the high lonesome bluegrass sound at the high end. Very unexpected!

Considering it’s just a “regular” pressing, this beats the pants off almost all of the “audiophile” LPs that I own. Just phenomenal instrument clarity and separation, incredible soundstage. The enthusiastic audience is mixed in just right. A true pleasure to listen to.

What a great sounding live album that was recorded so long ago. Finally found a clean copy at a fair price.

My copy is translucent brown vinyl, likely Quiex, Electrosound (EMW) is known for using it. No wonder it's a "dead" quiet pressing!

I have this press, I bought it new prob in 85 or 86 and yes it sounds great! Press and music is a 10!
