E Type version is up there as one if my favourite classics. So many different styles in one track. Great production in my eyes

Edited 5 years agoAround this time, alongside "Hardcore, you know the score" The youth of the U.K had a favourite saying...... "Hardcore will never die!!"
These two sayings have been immortalised into rave history. The Dutch seem to have a fondness for "Hardcore will never die" as their Hardcore rave scene is huge and is almost part of life over there, -
E-Type produced and/or remixed some rather underrated techno infused breakbeat hardcore tunes circa 1991 which aren't played as much as other played to death anthems.
Everyone seems to love the Telepathic Mix. I generally prefer the harder, noisier, darker, fiercer side of hardcore myself but the E-Type Version on this release is so well arranged, melodic and harmonious. I can't help but like it. I've always preferred it actually. It's so quirky and quaint and even contains one or two Baroch inspired chorus breakdowns accompanied with those awesome Landlord - I Like It (Blow Out Dub) key stabs. Makes me feel, well, good.
Coincidentally inspired by Tom Salta - The New Generation perhaps? Not a bad release to take inspiration from in any case. -
This song and the Xenophobia track (Xenophobia - Rushing The House / The Wobbler) are probably the best early hardcore tracks. I playing these and the crowd loved them. The A side remix is incredibly raw.
