Can – Landed

Excellent pressing. Sounds warm, rich and detailed. I actually think this is one of Can’s finest. Songs are more traditionally structured yet still retain some experimental elements. Includes printed inner sleeve. My cover is standard thickness—not cheap or thin by any means. Great record. Highly recommended.

Don't understand why this is so cheap. Fairly new to this band and totally new as far as ever hearing this. This pressing sounds musical and detailed as much as most would want. The material is great as well. Other than the bareass thin jacket presentation this is a must. Especially at $13 new.

Are there any copies of this NOT super scratched from the plant?

History has not been kind with this album. Strange because it's a very bold selection, especially the four tracks that make up Side One, these are all very dark songs, claustrophobic even with lots of sound data crammed into the grooves - perhaps thanks to new possibilities of the 16 track console at Studio Dierks where Czukay mixed Side One. This side presents Can Night Music. Side Two was mixed at Inner Space and sounds more optimistic with the proto ambient piece Unfinished permitting some beams of light.

The most under-rated album of CAN's catalog. The most "listenable" of all the 70's studio records, "Landed" features CAN in all their mid-70's glory. Still highly avant-garde and experimental but much more accessible to more general fans of 70's underground rock weirdness. A must for all fans of Krautrock and an album NO fan of CAN should miss!!!

Had several vinyls of this PGP RTB release and they all sound the same - the last song sounds somehow muffed, visually without any vinyl defects, so it is probably caused by the fault pressing...

Bought this one (and a lot of others) in 87 at Fnac for about 22 euros (146 francs), which a sum at the time. 30 years later, the music is still superb, the sound is perfect , but i'm supposed to give it for 5 euros ? Errrr....
