Curating some of the most creative, innovative and forward-moving music of this generation.

This label is ground zero in my collection as far as new releases are concerned. The entire catalog is 🔥.

Have to disagree with the only other review here. There is some remarkable stuff on this label. A shedload of new music.

Sure, you could say it's like 60s Impulse! in that it is showcasing some cutting-edge Black talent that is high quality but apart from the mainstream. And with similarly high production values. But there is nothing tired or old or reworked here - this is contemporary stuff, reacting to contemporary themes and best of all tapping into some of the great local jazz scenes atm.

Kudos to IARC for a concept well-imagined and so far well-delivered.

Hip sounds but many of them are really good. The bulk of the label's catalog consists of sth like reimaginings of 60's-70's jazz and black music. Most sounds are really working but no new music here. Not even close. Not even the great Irreversible Entanglements, the best outfit in the label's catalog//
