Profile:	Company that grew from Steve Gottlieb's Tee Vee Toons record label and its surprise success with the original Television's Greatest Hits album. TVT would release seven more volumes in the popular TV theme song compilation series in addition to 30+ movie and TV soundtrack albums. TVT also expanded into g artists as diverse as Snoop Dogg. TVT acquired Wax Trax! Records in 1992, putting it at the forefront of the industrial music scene. It also created music publishing and distribution units. After costly legal disputes involving The Orchard by a New York bankruptcy judge in June 2008.
