According to the interview with Phil Wells on Uncle Dugs show, Vinyl Distribution actually started in 1991 after Great Asset Distribution had closed. The labels distributed by Vinyl Distribution between 1991 and 1993 were DJ Seduction's Impact Records, DJ Phantasy's tunes as well as Formation Records, Tone Def Records & After Dark Records.
