Straight

Straight was a record label founded by Herb Cohen, in the spring of 1969. This was a particularly apt label title for an artist who exercised an anti-drug regime among his band - and an artist who would have been referred to in the 'hip' language of the time as 'straight'.

Created for recording more 'commercially accessible' acts than the duo's other label, Straight Records (7).
Unlike the earlier Bizarre Records releases, which employed Reprise catalog IDs, the Straight label had its own catalog identity:

Singles; ST 100 series.
Albums; STS 1050 series.
