      Confusion about release dates for Pilz releases largely stems from the absence of recording and copyright dates for most such releases. Although most places say that Popol Vuh - IN DEM GARTEN PHARAOS was released in 1971 (including the SPV CD reissue) such information is wrong. Original documentation from the 1970s say it was released in April 1972. Adverts and mentions in Sounds and other magazines appeared April/May 1972 and Rock In Deutschland concur on this. If you know of any Pilz press cuttings or adverts that will fill-in the other dates, such info/help would be welcome.
