Profile:	Defunct American record label. Initially founded as "1200 Records" on June 28, 1997 in a partnership between A&M Records and Collective Brothers LLC. However it was renamed to 1500 Records, before releasing its first release. In July 2000 1500 Records was acquired by Riffage.com, Inc.. The move to Riffage did not include the catalog that A&M Records distributed.
