Great Freestyle label! Though they didn't obtain the same notoriety as Mic Mac Records, they were still a major force in the Freestyle world. With releases from singers like April, Cheree, Nicole Daniels, Collage, Lil Suzy, and Sebastian, among many others, it was impossible for the Freestyle world to ignore this independent label.

I going down to their factory in NJ back in the early 90s! That was a fun time. I went on and off for quite a few years or so. I eventually met my good friend Latif who took over a lot of the operations towards the end. I ended up working for him doing promotions, etc. That was a fun time too.

I ended up meeting and becoming very good friends with many of the singers on the label, especially Cheree, Sebastian, Michael Kidd Gomez, and April. We still talk to this day. Not only are they talented singers and song writers, but they're great people in real life too.

I've also spoken many times with Vinny Politan who owned the label. He moved on to become a lawyer. Despite his moving on, he still talked nostalgically about his label and the times. Nice to see he appreciates what he helped create back then. He's the voice behind the Metro Messages btw.
