Set up by Dave Long (ex-Splodge and Case manager - Long also set up Victory Records, whose only g was Combat 84.). Syndicate Records signed The Partisans in late 1983, but The Partisans insisted on their records being released with the Cloak & Dagger Records tag because they didn’t want to be on an Oi-only label. Syndicate went bankrupt in December 1984.
