Portuguese record company, established in 1985, after changing name from Vecemi, Música E Discos, Lda. (1983-1985).
The company is a t-venture between EMI and Valentim de Carvalho CI SARL, and is responsible for distribution and manufacturing.
It also operated recording / mastering studios as well as a record pressing and cassette duplication plant.

Changed its name into EMI Music Portugal, Lda. in the mid 2000s.

Mastering engineer Fernando Cortez is known to have worked there.
In the runouts, the letter 'V' is written over the letter 'C', followed by 'EMI'.

May also appear as "EMI Valentim de Carvalho Musica Lda." on some releases.
