Independent label founded in 1984 in San Francisco and active under that name until 1996. In 1987 one partner broke off and formed Empty Records Europe. After the lawsuit between the entities, Empty Europe "released" a 'bootleg' series. These were Empty Records US releases with label details covered by a sticker of Empty Records Europe, not official releases. |
