With reference to the comments asking for Shanachie vinyl, back in the day, there was a certain amount of criticism about the quality of Shanachie vinyl and, in fact, of their sound quality in general. I vividly a record company principal from the UK who licensed to Shanachie complaining of the results. Ironically enough, he claimed that his vinyl sounded better than their CDs - this at a time, 1989, when CDs were enjoying their honeymoon and were widely considered an improvement over vinyl. Personally, I won’t argue the case either way because there are too many variables.

You out there Shanachie?
I would love to buy the new Pieces Of A Dream LP "On Another Note" on 180 gram vinyl. -
Such a pity that this company doesn't release Vinyl. They have so many great artists that I don't buy because I don't do cd's anymore. I know I said this b4 but it just can't be said often enough. Lp is the new CD, Wake up!!!!!!!
