My late father and two or three friends totally remodeled the home/studio on Applegate in Cincinnati for Shad O'Shea in the 60's. They worked for months on it, and were paid $1000 each. My dad was the electrician on the job. It was cash $$ under the table. We got to see the place after it was all finished. I was maybe 7-8 years old. I emailed Shad many years later and asked if he the guys gutting and remodeling the house. He said I sure do, and say hi to dad for him. Great memories
