Profile:	Scotsman Saul Galpern did the rounds as A&R man with the major record labels before he set up Nude Records in 1991, in his flat in northwest London. He launched the label with Black Box Recorder fill the roster stalwarts Suede. As the label neared its 10th anniversary, Nude Records went into voluntary liquidation, leaving Suede linked with long-time label ers Sony Music. Part of Nude Records catalogue was acquired by One Little Indian and a number of artists continued on that label. In 2016 the label was re-launched and is still active.
