Old Croft

Profile:

The "Old Croft" (sometimes misspelled as "Old Craft") was the name of the home of Phil Collins and his wife Judy in Shalford, Surrey.
First used as family home from 1978 on, after the divorce of his wife in 1979 it was obviously used several times for recording sessions as noted on some releases from Phil Collins and Brand X;

It is not to be confused with the later studio that Phil Collins built with Genesis in 1980, also in Surrey: The Farm
