The Manor

The Manor Studios (aka The Manor) was a recording studio in a manor house in Shipton-on-Cherwell, north of Oxford, UK. It was the first residential recording studio in the UK, founded in 1971.

The manor house was owned by Thorn Emi Plc, The Manor Studio was closed.
