Hammersmith Odeon

Not to be confused with Hammersmith Palais.

English major entertainment venue in Hammersmith, London. Since 2009 named HMV Hammersmith Apollo, it has a capacity of 5,039 (standing) and 3,632 (sitting). It opened in 1932 as Gaumont Palace and was designed by Robert Cromie. The original Compton pipe organ is from 1932 and was restored in 2007.
