I ordered 8 cassettes from this label so far. E-mail communication was excellent, delivery was very fast and the products... apart from being packaged wonderfully, I must it that these were one of the best looking and sounding cassettes of the past years! Fantastic underground label, all done with care and love.

Excellent label, delivery time is quite fast, hole protection is on a f u c king top level and looks so beautiful. For real, not a single scratch (comparing to what other can do). Also it was easy to get answers for my question. Im really looking forward to buy more from them!

Your comment seems out of place, with a clear intention to hurt. My personal experience with Osmose has been excellent for years, quite the opposite of yours. They always respond the messages, send the LPs safely and quickly, very competitive prices and excellent personal treatment. But let's go, let's analyze your problems with Osmose:

1) "Both records are scratched"

Obviously, no one is invulnerable to make mistakes, and Osmose is no exception. But if the records are scratched, it is not the Osmose's fault but the manufacturer who also makes mistakes in the production process, so, in this case, Osmose, is also a victim of the manufacturer's error

2) "does not reply any e-mails"

A company that has been in the market since 1991, is not maintained if it does not take care of its main asset, it is his customers, and therefore the communication of a company with more than two decades in active, has to be necessarily good. Have you ever wondered if maybe your messages are not coming to Osmose properly? In case it is true that they do not answer you, and your messages have effectively arrived in the inbox, Have you wondered that maybe there is some reason that prevents them from answering as fast as you think they should? Maybe you are trying to them during a period of national holidays, or maybe the person who take care of the customer service is sick and not working these days.....

3) "they are only interested in your money and don't care about music or customers."

Well, in my oppinion, what you say doesn't make much sense either, Osmose is a company created almost 30 years ago with the goal to the metal scene, I think it deserves all the respect in that regard. Thanks to Osmose thousand fans have had the opportunity to enjoy such important bands as Immortal, Marduk, Impaled Nazarene, Necromantia, Dark Tranquility, Enslaved, Master's Hammers, just to name a few. So it is obvious that the motor of Osmose is the music. Without forgetting that as a company, you should take care of your economy, something essential for the maintenance of any company. But I am going to tell you something else, Osmose, is re-releasing almost all of its main catalogue, so, all of us can enjoy great albums at a reasonable price. Therefore I think that Osmose gives much more importance to music and customers than money. Another reason to dismantle your argument that has a clear revenge intention. TOTAL TO OSMOSE!
