A division of Montreux Jazz Festival between 1988 and 1990 and began releasing compilations recorded at the festival.

The label ceased to exist in 1996 as it became M.E.L.T. 2000 (run by Robert Trunz, following his decision to sell his shares in B&W and concentrate on producing music mainly from Southern Africa).
