Holding company behind all music publishing activities of Warner Music Group.

After spending more than 30 years operating as "Warner/Chappell Music", the company officially dropped the slash and launched a new logo, designed by Pentagram, in May 2019. A new logo replaced previously used Warner Bros. shield logo, to which licensing agreement with WarnerMedia expired. Pentagram also designed a new logo of another Warner Music Group subsidiary, Warner Records.
