In 2002, Coda Distribution bought the label with the late Paul Janse (1967-2014) and Dirk De Greef as A&R managers, later ed by Roman Jans as the driving force of the label. It is currently based in Belgium as a subsidary of Quintessence BVBA.

ET'CETERA has strong ties with the Olive Music label, they share the same numbering space but are dist artistically and istratively. Releases bearing the logos of boths labels are to be listed primarily under the Olive Music label, their release country shall be set to Italy.

UK distribution of this label was handled by Conifer Records from 1983.
