Profile:	Originally Arthur Baker's first record label, based in New York City they released dance, rap, electro, pop, and soul. Manufacturing and distribution for Streetwise and associated labels were often handled in house by Phase One Network, an asset management company.

Short-lived, but fantastic NYC-based label from the early 80's. Some real classics to be found, but then again, I could say that about almost any NYC (or L.A.) based dance/r & b/electro label from the era.
