Now That's What I Call Music! (2)

Profile:

The South African version of the long-running compilation series modelled after the original UK series. The series generally endeavours to include popular local content.

Started in 1984 by EMI/Virgin, over the years it has been released by the entire gamut of majors, including EMI, Teal/Trutone (later Universal), RPM, BMG Africa, Sony Music, and Sony BMG. Although usually co-branded by a range of companies (via logos), for the releasing label please enter the label (EMI, Universal, RPM, Sony Music...) behind the company that "marketed and distributed" it (example: "marketed and distributed by EMI Music South Africa (Pty) Ltd." would translate to the label/brand EMI.) Other roles can be assigned as usual, co-branded logos could be assigned generic "record company" roles).
