Very interesting label horribly let down by appalling istration. Records ordered through their shop often don't arrive; emails aren't answered for weeks and refunds are very, very long in coming. It all leaves a bad taste in the mouth. Sylvian fans often can't buy (or attempt to buy) these releases anywhere else, and many of them feel like they're being disresepcted and mucked about.
